Why it matters

Before you fly
22 × 14 × 9 is the common carry-on size, not a rule. Budget and short-haul carriers often allow less, so measure the fold against your own airline's limits.
Some airlines count a folded stroller in the cabin as your carry-on, others as an extra. It changes what else you can bring, so check before you pack around it.
If the bins fill up, crew may still ask to check it at the gate. A travel bag keeps the frame, wheels and straps together if they do.
